- Guests must be fully vaccinated with two doses of vaccination and minimum after 14 days (AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Sinovac) or 28 days (Johnson & Johnson and Cansino) prior check in. A valid vaccination digital cert on MySejahtera of all guests has to be presented upon entry.

Rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia. All price are subject to a 10% Administration Fee and 6% Sales & Services Tax (SST) . The final rate will be reflected in final stage of reservations.

Effective on 1st April 2012 the Melaka State of Government has imposed Heritage Tax on Hotel Rooms sold. Therefore, Swiss-Garden Hotel Melaka would collect a sum of RM2.00 Per room per night. The charges will be added in the final billing.

In line with the announcement made by the Malaysian Government; effective 01 January 2022 while the mandatory Tourism tax (TTX) of RM10 will be exempted until 31 December 2022.

Cancellation /No-show Policy:

No shows or cancellation less than 72 hours (3 Days) prior to arrival date will result in a penalty of full payment charged.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival date will be free-of-charge (no fees incurred).

You are required to complete and submit the cancellation form.

Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new reservation. You may visit our website at www.swissgarden.com.
