Reservation and Payment Policy

1. Swiss-Garden strives to ensure that the contents and other matters related to the website and booking engine are accurate and Swiss-Garden does not accept liability for errors or omissions that arise within.
2. Swiss-Garden reserves the right to change and update the contents periodically as and when deem necessary. All information, prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Swiss-Garden reserves the right by authorization from you to use and assign all information in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.
4. Rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia. Rates are subject to 8% Service Tax. This will be reflected in the Price Breakdown when making reservations.
5. Under the gazetted Tourism Tax Act 2017, all foreign guests, even if on shared accommodation with a Malaysian, will be levied a Tourism Tax of RM10.00 per room/per night for stays from 1st September 2017. This amount is not included in the booked room price and will be paid directly by the guest at the hotel. Upon check-in, Malaysians producing proof of valid Identity Cards; and Malaysian Permanent Residents producing proof of valid MY PR Cards will be exempted if the room is registered to them and not on sharing basis with a foreigner.
6. Payment will be under guest PERSONAL ACCOUNT ONLY.
7. A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure guarantee the reservation.
8. If the credit card is declined, reservation made will automatically be released.
9. The usage of our website is solely to make legitimate reservations or purchases and not for any other purposes including without limitation, false or fraudulent reservations.
10. The required age that warrants the use of the website and booking engine must be at least 18 years of age.
11. Swiss-Garden is not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or booking engine.
12. Effective 1 March 2022, the Cukai Kelestarian Pahang (Sustainability Fee) is set at RM3.00nett per room per night and will be charged in addition to prevailing charges and taxes
13. RM200nett per room per night room deposit required upon check-in.
14. Removing and shifting of furniture including separating of mattress from the Divan is strictly not permitted as this will cause damage to the items. A penalty fee will be imposed for the cleaning and re-arranging of furniture and mattress to its original position.
15. Any damage to the mattress and/or Divan, a fee of replacement will be charged.
16. If the room is found to be excessively messy, a penalty fee will be imposed for cleaning of the room.
17. All rooms in the hotel are designed as NON-SMOKING Rooms. Cleaning fee will be imposed for non-compliance.
18. Children aged 11 years and below stay for free on bed only basis when using existing bedding, breakfast is not included.
19. Additional Extra bed is available at an additional charge of RM 194.40 nett per room per night (breakfast excluded), RM226.80nett per room per night (breakfast included).
20. Additional Baby Cot (6 months and below) is available at an additional charge of MYR 54 nett per room per night.
21. Connecting room charge is RM86.40 nett per set per night.

Cancellation Policy

1. No shows or cancellations less than 24 hours (1 Day) prior to arrival date will result in a penalty of one night charged
2. Cancellations made more than 24 hours (1 Day) prior to arrival date will be free-of-charge (no fees incurred).
3. You are required to complete and submit the cancellation form.
4. Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new reservation. You may visit our website at www.swissgarden.com.
5. Specific terms & conditions are applicable for group bookings, confined to 10 rooms and above. Please contact the required hotels for more information.
6. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

The following restrictions apply on any reservation that requires a full payment, non-refundable or deposit:
